FOOD SAFETY SUPERVISOR (FSS) COURSE SYDNEY, NSW

Short Courses Australia is an approved Food Safety Supervisor (FSS) training provider as listed on the NSW Food Authority website.

This course provides the nationally recognised certificate for SITXFSA001 Use hygienic practices for food safety  & SITXFSA002 Participate in safe food handling practices and allows you to work in the retail, hospitality and transport and distributions sectors in NSW.

The FSS course delivery includes the official NSW Food Authority COVID-19 Food Safety Supervisor training module.

This course provides a nationally recognised SITXFSA001 Use Hygienic Practices for Food Safety & SITXFSA002 Participate in Safe Food Handling Practices statements of attainment.

This course will provide you with all the skills and understanding needed to be a successful Food Safety Supervisor in NSW. The course includes:

  • Legislative requirements;
  • Understanding food safety policies and procedures;
  • Identifying and controlling hazards;
  • HACCPP;
  • Personal Hygiene;
  • ANZFA guide to food safety standards;
  • Food Safety monitoring.
