In September 2018, Liquor and Gaming NSW introduced a new mandatory course for most Licensees and Responsible Managers of licensed venues across NSW.

This course is mandatory for most owners (Licensees) and management staff involved in the service of liquor in NSW Pubs, Clubs, Hotels, Bottle Shops, Restaurants, Wine Bars, Night Clubs, Wineries, Licensed Cafes etc.

The Licensee Training course equips licensees, approved managers, and club secretaries with essential knowledge of liquor legislation, licence management, and strategies to mitigate alcohol-related harms.

Liquor Licensees Training | Course Duration

The duration of the course is 7 hours.

Participants will also be required to participate in class and complete written assessments.

If you do not have an RSA certificate or NSW competency card, you can obtain it by completing RSA training course at either of Short Courses Australia Sydney or Parramatta training centres.
