Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)

The RSA course delivered is the SITHFAB021 Provide responsible service of alcohol which is the national unit of competence and includes the Liquor & Gaming NSW certificate. 

The 7-hour course duration provides participants with a detailed understanding of their role in providing responsible service of alcohol within a licensed venue throughout NSW:

• legal requirements of the sale and service of alcohol;
• harm minimisation and duty of care,
• anticipating problems and managing patrons,
• assess and monitor the levels of intoxication of patrons,
