Waiter Training

During this five (5) hour course, you will learn essential waiter skills in a small group environment that allows time to receive practical training and to then complete activities in all facets of the "service cycle" under the supervision of our qualified hospitality trainer.

Short Courses Australia have created this course to be in line with the national industry standard of prepare and serve food and beverage.

Participants receive a certificate of completion for the course waiter and service skills.

JOB SEARCH Training

JOB CAMP dedicates 2 hours to Job Search and includes the following learning modules:

Preparation

• Industry Awareness
• Writing cover letters that "standout"
• Resume creation.

Application

• Sourcing and applying for jobs
• Preparing for the job interview.

Interview

• Job interview training
• 10 Common Interview Questions.

Industry Trainers

Our Industry Trainers have over 10 years  experience and hold vocational qualifications in their field, including the TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent) and current Working with Children Card.
