The program combines essential prerequisite to employment compliance Certificates with JOB SEARCH training and Employment Opportunities.
Graduate Students receive certificates in the full unit of competency in Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA), Food Safety Handling (FSH) Prepare and serve Espresso Coffee, Prepare and Serve Non-Alcoholics Beverages and Provide First Aid.
Students are then encouraged to apply for employment with local businesses.
In this 4-hour course, participants receive a certificate in SITXFSA001 Use hygienic practices for food safety.
The course is relevant to any person seeking employment in hospitality and services type roles that directly handle food or food contact surfaces such as cutlery, plates and bowls during the course of their daily work activities, including restaurants, cafes, clubs, hotels, and bars; function, event, exhibition and conference catering; aged care facilities; hospitals; cafeterias, kiosks, canteens and fast food outlets; and transport catering.

In this 7-hour course participants receive HLTAID003 Provide first aid. This unit applies to all workers who may be required to provide a first aid response in a range of situations, including community and workplace settings
