Raji Kumar is a Professional Chef with 20 years extensive experience in French, Indian and Continental. Raji has worked in many renowned restaurants of the world with vast experience in the front and back of the kitchen, while supervising and motivating staff to perform to best of their abilities across every service.
Raji received Best Trainer of the Year 2016 for his passion, wealth of knowledge, experience and fun learnings. Raji enjoys interacting with students, sharing his worldly experiences in the hospitality sector, providing food and hygiene knowledge, supporting students and finds teaching very rewarding.
Raji holds a current TAE 40116 and qualifications in; Commercial Cookery, Responsible Service of Alcohol, Food Safety Handler and Food Safety Supervisor.
