Chantelle has over 20 years business management experience and 10 years&pos; experience within registered training organisations. Chantelle oversees the reception, administration staff and general office management.

Chantelle has excellent RTO specific experience relevant to Vocational Education & Training including:

• Responding to student’s enquiries and an in depth knowledge of short courses;
• Booking in students;
• Student management systems, unique student identifier, certificate issuance, AVETMISS reporting;
• Booking in and setting up courses;
• File management of student results;
• Client liaison.
